Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery commonly takes 5 to 12 business days depending on destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, and local delivery speed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used by a pet, damaged by the customer, altered, heavily soiled, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact support@mycenturypaw.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We will provide next steps.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
