Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

International Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7–10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Please check the checkout page for the current free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
