Can I cancel or modify my order?

How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within the processing period shown in our Shipping Policy. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
When tracking information becomes available, we will send it to you by email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

How does the USB star projector work?
Plug the projector into a compatible 5V USB power source, insert the selected projection film, and bend the flexible neck to aim the light toward a ceiling or wall.
For the clearest projection, use it in a darker room and position it near the surface you want to illuminate.
Can I change the projection pattern?
Yes. The star projector is designed to work with replaceable projection films.
To change the pattern, turn off and unplug the projector, open the projection-film compartment as instructed, replace the film, and securely close the unit before using it again.
Available film quantities and themes may vary by product option.
What can I plug the star projector into?
The projector is designed for a compatible 5V USB power source, such as:
- USB wall adapter
- Power bank
- Laptop USB port
- Compatible USB outlet
Do not use damaged adapters, cables, or power sources.
Where can I use the miniature lantern?
The miniature lantern is intended for decorative indoor use in areas such as:

Place it on a stable surface and keep it away from water, open flames, and excessive heat.

Yes. Both product types are designed to create decorative ambient lighting in bedrooms and other indoor spaces.
The star projector works best in a dark or dim room, while the miniature lantern adds a softer localized glow.
Product Care and Safety
How should I clean Noctivue products?
Turn off and unplug the product before cleaning.
Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the product in water or use strong cleaning chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture.
Can children use these products?
Children should only use electrical lighting products under adult supervision.
Keep cables, small projection films, removable components, and packaging materials away from young children.
Can I leave the product on overnight?
Use the product only as directed in the included instructions. Do not leave electrical products operating unattended for extended periods.
Turn off and unplug the product when it is not in use.
What should I do if the product becomes unusually warm or damaged?
Turn it off and unplug it immediately.
Stop using the product if the housing, cable, plug, lens, or other components become damaged, loose, discolored, or unusually warm.
Contact us before using the product again.
Troubleshooting
Why does the projection look faint?
For a stronger and clearer projection:
- Use the projector in a darker room
- Aim it toward a light-colored ceiling or wall
- Reduce the distance between the projector and the surface
- Check that the projection film is inserted correctly
- Make sure the lens is clean
- Use a stable compatible 5V USB power source
Why is the projected image blurry?
Adjust the projector angle and distance from the ceiling or wall.
Also confirm that the film is flat, correctly positioned, and free from dust or fingerprints.
What should I do if my product does not turn on?
Check that:
- The USB plug is fully connected
- The power source is working
- The power button has been pressed
- The cable and plug are not damaged
You can also test the product with another compatible 5V USB power source.
